All products are handcrafted, which means no two pieces are identical — a feature that adds to the uniqueness of every Oak & Aura product.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other approved digital methods.
Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to you.

Note: Oak & Aura reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Customization Orders

Customized products are made specifically based on customer requirements (size, material, color, finish).

Once approved and in production, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Slight differences in finish or pattern may occur due to material variation.

We always share detailed previews or mock-ups for approval before manufacturing begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide and worldwide shipping.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, location, and customization level.
Shipping details and tracking information will be provided once dispatched.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders will be borne by the buyer.

Note: Oak & Aura is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen natural events.

6. Returns and Replacements

Our products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Return/Replacement eligibility:

Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

We reserve the right to determine the best course of resolution — refund, repair, or replacement.

7. Warranty

All Oak & Aura products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse or mishandling
Damage from improper cleaning or storage
Modifications or repairs made outside our facility
